In the post, I reflect on my experience writing a gratitude prayer for class. More than a homework assignment, I recognize my thanksgiving as an offering to God. I encourage readers to learn to pray by the Holy Spirit by asking the Holy Spirit to teach them how to pray in thanksgiving, especially when life makes is challenging to form the words.
